# Leads and CTAs

Front Door CTAs are the buttons visitors use to contact you, submit files, request quotes, or start a buyer or seller conversation.

## Primary CTA

The **Primary CTA** section is the main button on your Front Door. Presets include:

- Submit a File
- Get a Home Valuation
- Start a Home Search
- Book a Consultation
- Schedule a Call
- Book a Call
- Request a Quote
- Work with Me
- Custom

Use **Custom** when you want your own button label and destination URL.

## Submit a File

The **Submit a File** preset can route to a form from the form builder.

To use it:

1. Build a form in **Templates > Online Forms**
2. Set the form purpose to create a transaction
3. Generate an active share link for the form
4. Return to **Front Door**
5. Edit the **Primary CTA**
6. Choose **Submit a File**
7. Select the form to route submissions to

Submissions through this path follow the form-builder flow and can create a draft transaction with uploaded files attached.

## Built-in lead intake forms

Other CTA presets open branded public intake forms, depending on the preset. These forms collect details such as name, email, phone, address, preferred time, and message.

Built-in lead presets include:

- Home valuation
- Consultation
- Schedule call
- Book call
- Request quote
- Work with me
- Home search

After the visitor submits the form, they see a thank-you message and the lead appears in **Front Door > Leads**.

## Secondary actions

The **Secondary actions** section can show up to three smaller CTA buttons. Use these for supporting actions that should not replace the primary button.

## Managing leads

Go to **Front Door > Leads** to review incoming built-in intake submissions.

The Leads page lets you:

- Search by name, email, phone, address, preferred time, or message
- Filter by lead type
- See the submission source
- Export leads as CSV
- Refresh the list
- Open the linked contact when available
- Mark a lead as New, Contacted, or Closed

Lead statuses update inline so you can use the page as a lightweight follow-up queue.
