# Referrals

Use **Settings > Referrals** to share DocJacket with other transaction coordinators or agents and track referral credit.

## Your referral link

The Referrals page shows:

- Your referral link
- Your referral code
- A copy button

Send the link to someone you think would benefit from DocJacket. If they sign up from your link, the referral is tracked automatically.

## How referrals qualify

Referral credit is earned after the referred customer becomes a paying DocJacket customer and has paid for 30 days.

The page explains the basic flow:

1. Share your link
2. They sign up and subscribe
3. You receive credit once they qualify

Credits can stack when you refer more than one qualifying customer.

## Referral stats

The stats section shows:

- **Total** — All referrals tracked from your link
- **Qualified** — Referrals that earned credit
- **Pending** — Referrals still waiting to qualify
- **Credits Earned** — Total referral credit earned

Recent referrals show first name, signup month, and status.

## Status meanings

- **Pending** — The referred person signed up but has not qualified yet
- **Qualified** — The referral met the paid-customer requirement
- **Did not qualify** — The referral did not meet the qualification requirement
