Integrations

DocJacket connects with the tools you already use. Set up integrations in Settings > Integrations.

Available integrations

Google Workspace

  • Gmail — Send, reply, schedule, and manage transaction email from a connected Gmail account
  • Google Calendar — Push closings, key dates, and optionally task due dates to Google Calendar
  • Google Drive — Import files from Drive, upload transaction documents, and link a transaction folder
  • Google Contacts — Preview and import Google contacts into DocJacket

Microsoft 365

  • Outlook Mail — Send, reply, and schedule transaction email from Outlook
  • Outlook Calendar — Connect Microsoft calendar access from the integrations page
  • OneDrive — Connect Microsoft file access from the integrations page

Follow Up Boss

  • Connect Follow Up Boss to sync contacts and deals
  • Map stages and fields
  • Review sync activity and automation behavior

SMS

  • Provision a dedicated business SMS number
  • Track monthly usage and buy additional credits
  • Send and receive direct text messages from transaction threads

Webhooks

You can also set up custom webhooks in Settings > Connections to send event notifications to external services.
