Upgrading to the Professional Plan

When you're ready for unlimited transactions and the full AI toolset, upgrade from the free plan to Professional — DocJacket's paid plan at $29/month per seat (or save with annual billing).

Want to sign up to pay, subscribe, or start paying for DocJacket? That's this page — upgrading to Professional is how you pay for DocJacket. Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade to Professional (steps below).

When to upgrade​

Upgrade when you're ready to:

  • Run unlimited active transactions (the free plan caps how many you can have open)
  • Get higher AI contract extraction limits
  • Turn on SMS messaging, a custom domain, and MCP access
  • Get priority support

How to upgrade​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing (or click Billing in the sidebar).
  2. Click Upgrade to Professional.
  3. You'll be taken to our secure Stripe checkout. Choose monthly or annual billing, enter your payment details, and (if you have one) apply a promo code.
  4. After payment you're returned to your dashboard — your plan activates within a few seconds.
Your data is safe

Upgrading never touches your transactions, documents, or settings — you keep everything and simply unlock more.

After you upgrade​

Your billing page will show the Professional plan, your seat count, next billing date, and payment method. Active-transaction and AI limits are lifted right away.

Billing details​

  • Per-seat pricing — you only pay for team members who log in. Portal guests (clients and agents) are always free. See Plans & Pricing.
  • Add or remove seats, or cancel, anytime from Settings > Billing. See Managing Your Subscription.
