Reports

DocJacket has two report surfaces:

  • Reports in the sidebar shows organization-wide analytics, performance metrics, pipeline totals, and CSV export.
  • Reports inside a transaction creates client-ready transaction summaries, checklists, commission statements, and scheduled report deliveries.

Use the sidebar Reports page when you are reviewing the business. Use a transaction's Reports tab when you need to send or download a report for one deal.

The Pipeline page is a separate sidebar page. It is documented here because it is closely related to pipeline reporting and transaction status review, but it is not the same screen as the Reports page.
