Pipeline View

The Pipeline page gives you a Kanban-style board of all your transactions, organized by status. It's a visual way to see your workload at a glance.

How it works

Each column represents a transaction status (Inbox, Active, Pending, Closed, etc.). Transaction cards live in the column matching their current status.

Transaction cards

Each card shows:

  • Property address — Click to jump into the transaction
  • Transaction type — Purchase, sale, lease, etc.
  • Purchase price — The deal value
  • Closing date — When it's expected to close

Drag and drop

Move cards between columns to update their status instantly. Drag a transaction from "Active" to "Closed" and the status updates in the background.

Inbox column

New intakes land in the Inbox column. Click a card to review it and convert it into a full transaction.

When to use Pipeline vs. List

  • Pipeline is great for a visual overview of where all your deals stand — especially helpful in team meetings or for quick status checks
  • List view (the Transactions page) is better for searching, filtering, and working with lots of transactions at once

Both views show the same data — just different ways of looking at it.
