Setting Up the Portal
Before sharing portal links with clients and agents, you'll want to customize the look and feel to match your brand.
Branding
Go to the portal settings (accessible from within a transaction's portal tab, or from Settings > Portal):
- Logo — Upload your company logo. It appears at the top of the portal.
- Colors — Choose colors that match your brand for a cohesive look.
What's shown on the portal
By default, the portal shows:
- Transaction status and progress
- Key milestones and dates
- Assigned tasks (if you've marked them as portal-visible)
- Shared documents
- Contact information for the key parties
You control visibility at the document and task level — so sensitive items stay private unless you specifically share them.
