Sending Emails

You can compose and send emails directly from within a transaction — no need to switch to Gmail or Outlook.

Composing an email

From a transaction's Messages tab:

  1. Click Compose
  2. Select recipients from the transaction's contacts (or type an email address)
  3. Write your message or select an email template
  4. Attach files if needed
  5. Click Send

The email is sent, tracked, and stored with the transaction automatically.

Tracking

After sending, you can see:

  • Delivery confirmation — Whether the email was delivered
  • Open tracking — If and when the recipient opened it
  • Link clicks — Which links were clicked

These stats appear on the email in the Messages tab.

Filtering messages

Switch between tabs to find what you need:

  • Inbox — Received messages
  • Sent — Messages you've sent
  • Archived — Messages you've archived
  • Drafts — Emails you started but haven't sent

Searching

Use the search bar to find emails by subject, recipient, or content across all messages in the transaction.
