Inbox

The Inbox is your unified communication center. All your conversations live here — SMS, portal messages, emails, form submissions, and notes — organized by contact.

Your intake email

Every organization gets a unique intake email address, shown at the top of the Inbox. Forward any transaction-related email to this address and it appears in your inbox automatically.

Share this address with agents, lenders, and vendors so everything lands in one place. Click the copy button to grab it.

Filtering conversations

Use the quick filters to focus on what matters:

  • All — Every conversation
  • Unread — Messages you haven't read yet
  • Unassigned — Items that need to be linked to a transaction (shown under "Needs Routing")

Conversation threads

Threads are grouped by contact. Each thread shows a channel badge so you know whether it's SMS, Portal, Email, Form, or Note.

Click a thread to read the full conversation and reply. SMS and Portal threads have a compose box at the bottom. Email threads show the full message with attachments.

Context panel

The right sidebar shows the linked transaction, contact details, and AI routing suggestions. If a conversation hasn't been assigned to a transaction yet, you can assign it from here.

Searching

Search across all conversations by contact name, phone number, email address, or message content to find any conversation quickly.
