Organization Settings

Customize DocJacket to match your brand and workflow preferences.

Company information

Set your organization's basic info:

  • Company name — Appears in emails, reports, and the client portal
  • Address and phone — Contact details for your organization
  • Logo — Uploaded logo appears on the portal, reports, and outgoing communications

Branding

Your brand identity carries through DocJacket:

  • Logo — Used in the client portal, email headers, and reports
  • Colors — Customize accent colors for the portal

Default settings

Configure defaults that apply to new transactions:

  • Default transaction type — Pre-select the most common type
  • Default timeline template — Auto-apply a template to new transactions
  • Custom fields — Add custom fields to capture data specific to your workflow

Transaction roles

In Settings > Transaction Roles, you can create and manage the contact roles available when adding contacts to a transaction. The built-in roles (Buyer, Seller, Agent, etc.) cover most needs, but you can add custom ones if your workflow requires it.
