Brand and Profile

Use Settings > Brand for organization-wide presentation and Settings > Profile for your personal account details.

Brand settings​

Brand settings control the look of DocJacket surfaces that clients, agents, and your team see.

From Settings > Brand, you can:

  • Choose a brand preset or customize individual colors and fonts
  • Save changes that flow across intake forms, Front Door, email templates, and the services manual
  • Revert unsaved edits before saving
  • Control whether "Powered by DocJacket" appears on public pages when your plan allows that setting

Brand changes preview in the admin experience as you edit, then apply to the organization once you click Save Brand.

Profile settings​

Use Settings > Profile to keep your own user details current.

You can update:

  • Profile photo
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Real estate license number
  • Timezone
  • SMS reminder consent
  • Sign-in email

Your sign-in email — the address you use to log in — is shown here as well. You can change it yourself: click Change next to Sign-in Email. This works whether you signed up with Google, Microsoft, or a magic link. See Changing Your Sign-In Email for the full walkthrough, including what to do if the address is already in use.

Sign-in method​

The profile page also shows how you sign in. If you use an emailed magic link, you can click Connect Google or Connect Microsoft to link that account — you'll go through the provider's normal sign-in once, and from then on the Sign in with Google (or Microsoft) button works for you at the login page.

Connecting requires both being signed in to DocJacket and completing the provider sign-in, so nobody can attach an account to a profile they don't control. Two situations where this helps:

  • You signed up with a magic link and want the one-click Google or Microsoft button instead.
  • You changed your sign-in email, which disconnects Google/Microsoft sign-in for safety — reconnect here afterwards.

Timezone​

Your timezone affects how dates and reminders display for you. Use Detect from browser if you want DocJacket to choose the timezone from your current browser settings.

Email forwarding​

The profile page also shows your organization's intake email when email forwarding is active. Forwarding messages to that address lets DocJacket process inbound transaction documents for the organization.
