Templates

Templates save you time by letting you reuse emails, timelines, task lists, and more. Set them up once and apply them to any transaction.

The Templates page in the sidebar is your template hub, organized into categories:

Communication Templates

  • Email Templates — Reusable email content with smart fields
  • Email Signatures — Branded signatures for outgoing emails
  • Intake Forms — Forms for collecting information from contacts

Transaction Workflow

  • Timeline Templates — Pre-built milestone sequences with date offsets
  • Milestones — Individual milestone definitions
  • Task Templates — Pre-built task checklists with priorities and due dates

Document Templates

  • Document Sets — Required document checklists for different transaction types
